Introduction to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

These classes are designed for Healing Practitioners and for anyone who would like new skills to deepen in self-awareness and to manage their state of being.  Please join us to learn the basics of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and how to use this technique to center and balance yourself throughout your day. 


This exciting class teaches participants the basic skills and procedures of EFT. EFT (tapping) is a rapidly growing energy based method for easing and removing stressful emotions like anxiety, fear, anger, frustration, self doubt, low self-esteem, sadness and depression.

The basic method is simple to learn and use in any moment of daily life experience. For example, you could utilize EFT if you are feeling overwhelmed or anxious about an upcoming event, appointment or an emotional challenge.  EFT is a wonderful complement to your daily routine. Working with the subtle energies of the body, EFT involves a process of tapping on the end points of meridians (the acupuncture points) with your fingertips as you focus on your issue. It is easy to use and is a quick, safe and effective way to balance your energetic fields.  EFT is a powerful tool for increasing self-awareness and healing emotional disturbances.
