About the event
This 8 week Tai Chi Course is for New and Returning Studings. We will spend the first 45 -50 minutes of class learning moves from TCAFP, practicing the entire TCAFP form and reviewing and deepening in the principles of Tai Chi. The last 25 minutes will be spent in learning a new move from Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention 2. New Students are encouraged to stay and observe the part 2 moves.
Everyone is welcome. Class takes place on Wednesday from noon to 1:15 pm beginning September 18, 2024 and ending November 6, 2024. Class size limited. Please pre-register.
Tai Chi is a wonderful practice that combines gentle, flowing movements with deep breathing and mindfulness techniques. It's a great way to improve flexibility, balance, and overall well-being, regardless of age or fitness level.
Whether you're a beginner or have some experience with Tai Chi, this class is open to all levels. We'll be focusing on fundamental movements and principles, gradually building upon them to deepen your practice.
