During this time of Covid-19, many people are experiencing anxiety, depression and loneliness. The future is uncertain and the resulting stress can be high! Often we don't know how much stress or anxiety we are carrying, until we tune in and begin to let go. Join us for an experiential hour of tapping to help presence ourselves in the moment and experience the release of unnecessary negativity/stress/frustration that we are carrying.
